    A broth made with guajillo, ancho and arbol chiles, roasted garlic and homemade vegetable stock. Built with hominy, cilantro criollo, and finished with seared oyster mushrooms. Served with all the accoutrements.


    Un caldo hecho con guajillo, chile ancho y arbol, ajo asado y caldo de verduras casero. Construido con hominy, cilantro criollo, y terminado con setas de ostra chamuscadas. Servido con todos los accesorios.


    Tuscan Ribollita  Ribollita Toscana     

    A broth made with aged cheese, caramelized onions and tomatoes criollo. Built with white beans and bitter greens, and finished with rich extra-virgin olive oil. Served with sourdough croutons and shaved parmesan.


    Un caldo elaborado con queso añejo, cebolla caramelizada y tomate criollo. Construido con frijoles blancos y verduras amargas, y terminado con rico aceite de oliva virgen extra. Servido con crutones de masa madre y parmesano afeitado.


    White Gazpacho  |  Gazpacho Blanco

    A broth made with cauliflower, almonds and spring garlic. Built with diced cucumber and green grapes, and finished with rich extra-virgin olive oil. Served with citrus gremolata.


    Un caldo hecho con coliflor, almendras y ajos tiernos. Construido con pepino cortado en cubitos y uvas verdes, y terminado con rico aceite de oliva extra virgen. Servido con gremolata de cítricos.

About Us 

We are a collective of farmers, chefs, drivers and citizens in Oaxaca, Mexico, who believe that food from the land is meant to be shared. We make food multiply, we deliver it to your door, then we deliver more to your neighbor's door, too.

Our Schedule

Orders received by Wednesday of every week will be processed over the weekend and delivered on Monday. We will send a message to confirm your order and delivery time. Order minimum is 300MX; delivery fee is 50MX.
